We currently only ship within the United States and all of its territories. We currently do not ship internationally.

PROCESSING TIME

We do our best to have your order shipped out on the day it is received Monday through Friday. However during holiday seasons and other times of high volume, please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Personalized or embellished items are made-to-order and may take up to 6 to 8 weeks depending on the type of product purchased.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates for orders placed on Your Tiny Dancer are based on an order’s total weight and value as well as the delivery location. Various shipping methods including next day are available from USPS and UPS. During checkout, the desired shipping method may be selected upon entering the destination zip code. Orders over $500 dollars will only have one method available and will be shipped with a signature required for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages whatsoever. Please select priority mail if you are concerned about the safety of your package as it comes with insurance protection. We CANNOT refund or credit for lost or stolen packages. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are set by the carriers and include various costs that are subject to change without notice including fuel surcharges, handling and processing fees, etc.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

A notification email will be sent once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be included that will allow you to track your package online. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. It could take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update depending on the carrier.
