While we are a small business, our aim is for each and every customer to be just as satisfied with their purchase(s) from Your Tiny Dancer as from a big box store, or hopefully even more so!
POP UP SHOP PURCHASES
Any items purchased at a Tiny Dancer Pop Up Shop are considered FINAL SALE once the shop has closed at the end of the event. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are allowed once the event is over. Any used items purchased at the pop ups are considered AS IS and are also FINAL SALE.
If the FULL-PRICED purchase you made directly online from Your Tiny Dancer is not what you expected, you may be able to return your unworn/unwashed items within 7 days of the delivery date for a store credit. Items may only be exchanged one time to a different size. Size exchanges will be handled via return and re-order.
For a return to be accepted and a store credit issued, the item(s) must:
- Be in the original, RESELLABLE condition it arrived in with all tags attached and in the original polybag or box to ensure the safety of the return package.
- Again, the item must NOT be soiled, worn, damaged or laundered Note: Please try on garments over underwear.
- Not a FINAL SALE item. Final sale items including and not limited to Last Chance, Holiday Specials such as Christmas/Halloween/Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Mystery Bags, Custom and Embellished/Blinged Orders/ Pop Up Shop/ Sale and Discounted Items/ Gift Cards and E-gift Certificates, Cosmetics, Underwear, Tights, Accessories and Facebook and Instagram purchases. If returned, no refund will be given. More info below*
- Sent back within 7 DAYS from the date of delivery.
Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning an item(s) UNLESS we shipped the item(s) incorrectly or it is damaged or defective. Otherwise shipping costs are NONREFUNDABLE. Once we receive your item, we will notify you. Upon inspection, you will be notified of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit sent via email to be used on www.yourtinydancer.com. Store credit can also be given in the form of a gift card to be used at an upcoming pop up shop. Please contact us directly with this request. Again, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount.
If the WRONG ITEM(S) were shipped or were DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE, please return the merchandise within 7 days from the delivery date. The shipping cost will be refunded if a copy of the shipping receipt is either included with the return or provided through email. Only standard carrier services will be refunded for damaged, defective, or wrong items. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original items purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is still available. If the merchandise is not available you will receive a store credit. Items damaged by the carrier during transit will not be eligible for a store credit. Please select priority mail if you are concerned about the safety of your package as it comes with insurance protection.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns. If the return is found to be unacceptable, a store credit CANNOT be issued. Due to health regulations, soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered items will NOT be accepted. If it is determined by Your Tiny Dancer staff that the returned item has been soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered, the item(s) will not be accepted. *The customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping for the item to be returned to them; otherwise, we cannot send back the order, and will have to damage out any soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered item(s). These items will be donated to nonprofits such as Traveling Tutus, Donate2Dance, or Peace Love Leotards, who are dedicated to bridging the socioeconomic gap in the performing arts through donations of dance shoes, costumes and dancewear. Customers will be contacted via email if an item(s) is not eligible for return with instructions on how to proceed.
Typically, refunds are not given; however, if you have any questions or special circumstances surrounding your purchase and its return, please feel free to contact us within 7 days of your purchase to discuss. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages whatsoever. Please select priority mail if you are concerned about the safety of your package as it comes with insurance protection. We CANNOT refund or credit for lost or stolen packages.

You may simply reply to your order confirmation email or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following to begin the return process:
- Subject line of RETURN ORDER #(Insert your order # here)
- Reason for the return and any other pertinent information
